Records Request Gateway Requester Process

Step 1.  The requester logs in and enters basic information.  The requestor can also upload a proof of identification or business/college certification document to prove identity and finally choose their method of document retrieval.


Step 2:  The requester enters information specific to the student and which document is being requested as well as a reason for the request.  At this point, a student release form may and be requested as required by the school or district based on policy.


Step 3: The requester is presented with a fees due page and can either pay fees by mail, on-site or via a simple to use online credit card processing solution built right into Records Request Gateway.
